In the heart of the Alsatian vineyards, the Independent Winegrowers are opening their doors to offer you new and convivial experiences.
These events are open to all, to wine enthusiasts and beginners, as well as to those who love fresh air and beautiful landscapes, or even to lovers of cultural, architectural and local heritage.
The participating winegrowers are spread out over the Alsace Wine Route, so all you have to do is make a reservation at the winery that suits you best.
The 51 Grands Crus of Alsace, located on the hills of the sub-Vosges on exceptional land and sometimes on impressive slopes, are all privileged terroirs where the geology, climate and exposure form an exceptional combination. The AOC Grand Cru has very strict delimitation and regulations to ensure the quality and rarity of these wines. They become unique, fine and complex wines, most often suitable for ageing. The rigorous work of the men and women allows the wines to fully express their terroir through their aromas and structure.
The grape varieties allowed are the so-called "noble" Alsatian varieties: Riesling, Muscat, Pinot Gris and Gewurztraminer. Only the Grand Cru Zotzenberg is allowed to grow Sylvaner.
