This cartographic atlas of the Alsatian crus was created in 2020 on the initiative of the Synvira's group of young winegrowers, following four years of research work. This evolving map lists the Grands Crus and Lieux-dits recorded to date by the group throughout the Alsatian vineyards. Indeed, many Alsace bottles have always been identified by the names of crus (excluding Grands Crus), but for the moment, no map has listed all these places.
You will see that the Lieux-dits claimed by the winegrowers are numerous, of various sizes and spread, if not homogeneously, at least from the North to the South of the wine coast. This work finds its legitimacy there: it allows you to see from above the multitude of these small actions that make an ordinary wine a unique wine marked by its terroir.
